Arclo vs Brighter Vision, for therapists and group practices
A Brighter Vision alternative where you own the site
Brighter Vision is a template subscription: pick a design, they host it, you own the domain. Arclo is a managed website: we build it around your specialties, improve it every week, route every inquiry to you by text, and the code is yours to keep. It costs more than their entry plan. Here is exactly what the difference buys.
Stay with Brighter Vision if
If you are a solo practice with a full caseload from referrals, and you want a professional-looking site for under $100 a month that you rarely think about, Brighter Vision's Start plan does that and we would not talk you out of it.
Switch to Arclo if
If you have open hours to fill, more than one clinician, or a specialty you want more of, the site has to do work: rank for the specialty, answer the client's questions, and get the inquiry to you before they call the next listing. That is what Arclo's $199 pays for, and it is why we do not charge setup, do not sign contracts, and let you leave with the code.
Side by side, from their pages
Brighter Vision details from brightervision.com/pricing and /faqs, checked September 2026. Their pricing may change; the link is the source of truth.
Brighter Vision pricing as published: Start $79/mo, Grow $149/mo, Flourish $319/mo billed monthly (annual billing is a little less per month with a $100 setup fee on Start and Grow). HIPAA email is an add-on at $14.99–$24.99/mo. No free trial.
Switching questions
We rebuild it rather than move it. Brighter Vision hosts the site on their platform, so what comes with you is your domain, your copy and your photos. Arclo scans the current site, builds the replacement for you to review free, and only then do you point the domain at it. Your rankings carry over because the URLs and content do.
